Tips to Maintain Pigeon by Stovekraft Mio Aluminium Cookware Gift Set

Nonstick Care

  1. For best cooking results, cook over low to medium heat. High heat can burn food, waste energy, and cause surface discoloration after some time.
  2. Use silicone or nylon spatula to avoid any damage to the non-stick coating. Do not use sharp objects like knives, forks, wire brushes, and metal spoons with sharp corners/edges.
  3. When on a gas cooktop, use a burner nearest in size to the diameter of the pan bottom to avoid hot spots, over-heating of sidewalls and handles.
  4. Wash when cooled, do not place the heated pan directly on any wet surface to prevent thermo-shock and keep the coating safe.
  5. Avoid dragging the cookware to protect the cooking surface when using it on a ceramic or glass-topped cooking surface.
  6. Avoid placing pans one inside another to avoid scratches on the inner side of cookware.
  7. Clean your cookware with soapy water using the sponge scrubber after each use to prevent oil deposition.
